Les Moulins Mahjoub - Organic Artichoke Leaves H’rouss Style

This mix of artichoke petals and hearts is chopped together, and then in a traditional Berber method, preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Produced using time-honored farming methods with no artificial preservatives or additives.

H’rouss means lightly chopped in Tunisian, and that is exactly the preparation that goes into producing this condiment. Delicate petals, and artichoke heart are chopped together and bottled in extra virgin olive oil.

Great on pizzas, added to salads, or as a garnish for grilled fish. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. This product is organic.
